  10. Add 1 cup of water or as required to adjust the consistency.Mix well and boil for 2 - 4minutes on medium flame..
  11. Add shallow fried aloos to the gravy.Cover and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.add some crushed kasuri methi /dry fenugreek leaves and Garam masala and mix well. Turns off the flame.Dum aloo is ready..
