The ingredients needed to make Veg momos:

  1. {Take 2 cup of refine flour.
  2. {Take 1 of cabbage.
  3. {Prepare 3 of carrot.
  4. {Prepare 2 of finely chopped green chilli.
  5. {Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger (grated).
  6. {Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic (grated).
  7. {Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. {Take as needed of Oil.

Steps to make Veg momos:

  1. Take flour in a large bowl add salt and mix it well.
  2. Now add water and knead soft dough now add oil in it and knead the dough and make until smooth.
  3. Now dough is ready cover and keep the dough aside for 15 minutes. Now make a stuffing wash the cabbage and peeled the carrot.
  4. Now grate the carrot and cabbage like this.
  5. Now take out the extra water from it and keep the side.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan add ginger, garlic and green chilli and saute for a while mix this tempering to the grated cabbage and carrot.
  7. Now add salt and mix it well like this now stuffing is ready.
  8. Now grease to hand with some oil and knead the dough again and roll it and cut in a small piece make a balls from it and keep the side.
  9. Take a one dough ball and roll giving it a round shape like this and then dust with dry flour and roll out the dough like poori put the stuffing in to the middle.
  10. Now stick the corner or you can shape it according to your choice.
  11. To the vessel and add 2cup of water and place it on flame for simmering and grease the Sieve with some oil now place the momos at some distance on the Sieve when the water starts simmering place the Sieve over the vessel.
  12. Now cover it well now let the momos steam for 12 minutes keep the flame medium after 12minutes the momos are ready as well now transfer the momos to the plate with red chilli chutney, less spicy tomato chutney and white sauce..
