  3. When pressure is released, open the cooker if daal is cooked, prepare for tadka.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds and after 2 seconds add chopped onion and cook till light brown. add tomato, ginger garlic paste, coriander, and chili powder stir, and cook about 2 minutes.
  5. Add boiled daal, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes..
  6. You can add boiled water and salt if needed.
  7. Switch off the gas. add cilantro leaves and serve with chapati and rice..
