  5. After 10 minutes take dough and make medium size balls. Take one ball and flatten it now put some puran middle of it and bring all sides together and make a ball again. Roll a paratha with the help of rolling to desired size..
  6. Cook on medium flame till golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with ghee and puran (if you like)..
