  5. Add little bit water, cover the lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes till oil separates on the top..
  6. After 10 minutes open the lid add the paneer pieces mix it and add water to adjust the gravy cover and cook on medium for 2-3 minutes..
  7. Now add chopped coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame..
